We are most grateful to you all for your kind wishes over the past weeks, you have kept us feeling positive ! We should also mention, the Governmental aid and thank Oxford City Council for their support during this very difficult time. Without the funding of grants and the speed of local assistance, we could not contemplate how our business could survive the lockdown closures.
We have of course been closed since March, but behind the scenes we have been working out how best to serve you all in the short term and also thinking ahead to some sort of normality long term - when we hope to be able to re-open and welcome guests to have a true Italian espresso, an Aperol Spritz or two and to join us at La Cucina kitchen safely.
Short term, we are planning to offer catering services & “take out “ from Monday 1st June 2020, as well as re-open Deliveroo. Pasta dishes with homemade sauces, fresh sour dough pizza will be available and also some delicious Italian desserts ! In addition, we are very excited to also to launch “LA CUCINA deli service” to our customers who are hankering for some real Italian fayre to take home – Alberto’s new fresh pasta (prepared on site), marinated artichokes, sliced salumeria, Italian cheeses. Orders can be taken from Tuesday 26th May 2020 for collection from Monday 1st June. Why not plan ahead and have a treat ?

If there is any particular dishes you might like for the family – large portions of lasagna bakes, cannelloni etc. this can all be arranged with 48 hrs notice, so ring through and save on the washing up ! Let us take care of it for you. If there is any particular ingredients we may be able to offer please do not hesitate to ask. We will do our very best to assist by contacting our suppliers in Italy.
We wish for “normality” like everyone in St. Clements and we hope to serve you all back at the restaurants in July if at all possible. Thank you for all your support and positivity. We look forward to talking with you very soon. Please ring through.
